    ADI offers convenient and affordable shipping for all products we carry. Our standard delivery option is ground shipping via UPS, but we have other options to meet your project deadlines, too.

    Shipping costs vary by account type, shipping destination and the weight and number of packages in an order. The cost is calculated on the checkout page so you can approve shipping charges before you order.
    Yes, we offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your project deadlines and budget. Shipping options and prices are listed on the checkout page so you can choose what you need.
    We sometimes offer limited-time promotions for free or flat rate ground shipping on online orders. Check the homepage and sign up for our emails to get information on current shipping promotions. We do offer free ground shipping on online orders over $500.
    Shipping times vary depending on your location, the carrier and the shipping method chosen. We will send you an email notification with tracking information when you place an online order.
    You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place an order on the website. Most packages leave our facilities within one day. We will send you another email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order in your online account under "Orders."     Yes. If you have freight terms with a separate shipping provider, or if you have a preferred carrier, contact your local ADI Branch Representative for details on how to get them added to your account. You will be able to checkout online with your preferences.
